Sendor AI is an email campaign tool designed for Shopify merchants. It provides AI-driven recommendations for email content, product selection, and audience segmentation based on store data.


User Obligations


As a user, you agree to:

2. Use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Keep your account information secure.


Prohibited Actions


Users are prohibited from:

• Misusing our platform to conduct unauthorized activities.

• Attempting to disrupt or damage our services.


Limitation of Liability


Sendor AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers)


If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@sendor.ai within 14 days of the transaction date.


We will refund all applicable charges within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the original payment method. This right does not apply to renewal charges of ongoing subscriptions or once digital services have been fully delivered or used.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. In general, we do not offer refunds for:

Services already delivered or substantially used

Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before renewal date)

Failure to use the product during the subscription period

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 60 days of the transaction to request a review.
